Refund Policy

Practical, SaaS-grade rules for cancellations and refunds — written so finance teams can plan with confidence.

This document is provided for transparency. Please review with independent legal counsel before relying on it for production deployment or contractual purposes.

Scope

This Refund Policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and services purchased from SHATAK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for Byld360. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically on the same calendar day each month. You may cancel at any time from within the product; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Fees for the current month are non-refundable.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed up-front for twelve months. If you cancel within fourteen days of the first purchase and have not consumed substantial usage, we will refund the annual fee in full. After fourteen days, fees for the current annual term are non-refundable. The plan continues to be available until the end of the paid term.

Implementation services

Implementation engagements (data import, configuration, on-site training, integrations) are billed against an agreed statement of work. Refunds for unstarted work are issued pro-rata; completed deliverables are non-refundable.

Onboarding fees

One-time onboarding fees (kit-out, account provisioning, role templates) cover work performed upfront and are non-refundable once provisioning has started.

Cancellation process

  • An administrator can cancel directly from billing settings inside the product.
  • Cancellation requests by email must come from a registered administrator and reach contact@shatakinfotech.com at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
  • We will confirm cancellation and effective date in writing.

Refund conditions

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method where possible; otherwise via bank transfer in INR.
  • Statutory taxes (GST and similar) are refunded only where recoverable under applicable law.
  • Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may delay resolution.

Exceptions

Where the Service was unavailable due to a verified incident on our side that materially affected your operations, we will issue service credits in line with the Service Level page.
