Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every user of Byld360. By accessing the Service you agree not to use it for any of the activities below.

• Harassment, threats or targeted intimidation of any person.
• Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory.
• Impersonation of another person, employer or organisation.

You may not use the Service to plan, facilitate or record activity that is unlawful under the laws of India or the laws of the jurisdiction where the activity occurs.

The Service is not a marketing-broadcast platform. Sending unsolicited bulk messages, scraping contact lists or using notification features to spam users is prohibited.

You may not upload, transmit or link to malware, exploits or content designed to compromise other users or systems.

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Service, except where applicable law permits and only to the extent permitted by that law.

Accounts are issued to named individuals. Sharing credentials or sessions defeats role-based access and audit logging and is prohibited. Use teammate invitations instead.

You may not access or attempt to access another organisation's account, data or infrastructure, or any non-public portion of the Service.

Automated bulk extraction of data via screen scraping, headless browsers or undocumented endpoints is prohibited. Use the documented APIs and export tools.

Do not generate load designed to degrade the Service for other customers (denial of service, oversized requests, runaway automation). We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that put availability at risk.

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension or termination, and where appropriate, referral to authorities. We will use reasonable judgement and proportionality.
